Mentorship from the Top: Learn and grow within the H2 System. Our National Club Director & Founder, Geoff Davis, is personally invested in mentoring our entire coaching staff. He provides on-court, position-specific training for all teams, guaranteeing every H2 athlete has access to the highest level of instruction, no matter their age group.
The H2 System: Built on a Championship Foundation: Since 2005, H2 has been committed to a fundamental belief: volleyball can be a powerful tool for life. Our system, forged by experience that includes two NCAA Division III National Championship teams, provides a unified, purposeful methodology for technical training—a foundation that has seen over 185 H2 athletes go on to play collegiate volleyball.
Focus on the Craft, Not the Chaos: We manage the administrative details. Your sole focus is to coach, teach, and inspire using the proven H2 philosophy. All you have to do is run great practices, coach the matches, and enjoy making a lasting impact.
A Goal Beyond Winning: We seek leaders who see themselves as mentors first. Our focus is teaching the discipline, resilience, and teamwork necessary for “Success in life through volleyball,” preparing athletes with the character to succeed both on and off the court.
